asus Vs zotac.gpu

I want a new gpu....for that I have been wating from too long.........
Now I decide to get a gtx 660......
But I am confused in manufacturing brands.....
Zotac Or Asus
Asus gtx 660 - Rs 15000
Zotac gtx 660- Rs 12000
So what do I do.........save Rs3000 and get zotac or go with asus which is more expensive than zotac.........
Is there any difference between zotac and asus
