ASUS VS278Q-P overclock 80-90hz

Thinking of getting this monitor for my setup it comes factory clocked at 76hz with a 1ms response time.

I was wondering if anyone has it and has oc'd it higher, ex: 80-90ish hertz or more (over display port ) , yes I've looked at 144hz monitors but they are either 24" and I prefer 27", the 27" 144hz displays are all out of my budget that I've seen and honestly I cant tell the difference past 80-85hz after testing on a friends Acer GN246HL.

You can't overclock a display. You can drive it with a source that's faster than the display's refresh rate, but it will simply skip some frames or otherwise reduce your rate.

You absolutely can overclock a display.
