i've done some research on the forum but i couldn't find an answer for my question. Which of this 2 monitor is better?
Let me expand a little bit the question. I am searching a new monitor (under 300$). The monitor has to be good at gaming but also at everything else, so an IPS is what i want. The problem is this: the VX279H is a 27 inch monitor with a 1920x1080 resolution meanwhile the VX24AH is a 24 inch monitor with a 2560x1440 resolution. The monitors are pretty much identical on the feature side, except that the VX24AH has the trace free technology which is nice for gaming. The problem is that i have seen a 27 inch with a resolution of 2560x1440 and the size of the text is small but acceptable, but how the text would be on a 2560x1440 24 inch?
I am oriented to buy the VX24AH. The higher resolution would be nice for programming and writing long text, and the trace free technology (the overdrive) is a very nice feature, but i am a bit worried about the size of all the object on the screen.
I had a 1920x1080 24 inch monitor and it was very good. Now i have a 21 inch monitor with a resolution of 1680x1050. It is not the best when i have 2 application side by side.
Can someone help me with this important decision?
