Question Asus wifi card showing up as "PCI device" but not working

Took the Asus PCE-AC55BT out of my old computer and into my new one on an x470 motherboard. Bluetooth works but no wifi whatsoever, it shows up as a generic "PCI device" on the devices manager and doesn't do anything. I downloaded installed, reinstalled, repaired the drivers around a dozen times. Reinstalling the card itself didn't do anything either. I'm completely stumped and could really use some advice on how to get it to work again

Only one slot that isn't covered by the gpu. Drivers are from that site
