asus wont boot

computer wont boot 1. after you turn on goes to windows screen if you press and get to recovery or start normal ..then goto the recovery screeen then just stays there and continues scroll as if loading never gettin to main screen when I press f10 I get this Partion: 2 hard disc e0c5913d then below this [EXECUTE/NO EXECUTE=ALWAYS OFF Then a bit down the screen lower right is this ]
