My PSU has 4 GPU connector cables.
Each has an 8 and 6 pin connector.
They are hard wired into the supermicro board for the removable PSU.
My Motherboard has an 8 pin and two 6 pin connectors but they are different to GPU (PEG?).
The square shapes are different.
Is there a connector cable I can get to convert from GPU to Motherboard PCIE?
I assume it would be bad to connect the GPU ones, and i would rather not short or fry the motherboard!

Is this the board you're working with?
If so, according to the manual;
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...9401_Pro_WS_WRX80E-SAGE_SE_WIFI_UM_V2_WEB.pdf
page 1-9, the connectors will only go in one way and the notches conform to what you see on an ATX PSU.

SO i need to reroute the 12v and ground pins.
Not sure what to Google to find adaptor cable.
PSU is not modular. It's supermicro cse747 case with two hot swappable 1600W psus. I don't really want to damage the 4 GPU cables.

It looks like the manual is wrong and the motherboard actually has standard GPU, VGA PCIE connectors, so I can use the GPU connectors.
So I can run two GPUs and connect an 8 and two 6 connectors with an extension cable or two. Would prefer some confirmation before I blow anything up. This board had been out a year. You would think Asus would have noticed the manual was wrong by now.
