I have been facing problems with my new built, first i purchased the X-99 Deluxe the motherboard didn't start, just the start and reset lights were on. the board did not start.

got it replaced by the agent for Rampage 5 Extreme paid additional amount, new problem the R5E would start, the cpu and gpu fan would run, but no display. I had 3 extra graphic cards in the house (GTX 610 / GTX 660 / GTX 780) tried them all, still no display, replaced my PSU from gigabyte 800w odin to corsair H1000i, still no display. also replaced my monitor from asus 27 inch 60hz to asus 27 inch to 144hz.

the agent now replaced it with asus x-99 deluxe usb 3.1 edition, still same problem, the board would start, the fan would run, no display.

also for the above situation, did try to run it with just one ram, as per instructions from the user manual

I did update to all available bios from asus website,

guys any suggestion and help

yes bro i checked all the pins, they are all in pattern,

its very rare that the intel processor would be that faulty, any way the agent will use his technician to test the board, processor and the corsair ram tomorrow and replace any, as all the components are still under warranty.

the first board was X-99 Deluxe which did not boot, just the start and rest button light was on. on pressing the start button it would start for a second, the fans would spin for a second and shutdown,

many thanks for the professional support. I will tell you the out come tomorrow, when they check and test all the components that i purchased from them

Dear bro,

yes you were right, it was the CPU, they replaced it, but they did not accept their mistake of giving me a damaged board. since I have been reading many articles on toms hardware, and it striked my mind to knocked on the right door and got the right solution.

the board is working perfectly, I have liquid cooled the CPU and Mosfet by EKWB water block.

the only thing is since it an advance motherboard mastering it would take sometime.

many thanks once again

Best Regards
Hasan
