Question Asus x370-f audio drivers

I'm trying to install the newest drivers for my mobo, but once it finishes downloading and i extract the files, and run asusSetup, it just sits there and never finishes. How long is it supposed to take, and if i'm not doing something right please tell me.

Are you trying to install drivers from included CD ? They are most probably obsolete by now. MB has a Realtek CHIP so you need Realtek driver, Try one from here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-X370-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/

I am installing the drivers from asus's website. The AsusSetup just seems like it is stuck. Sonic Studio appeared, but the installation never said that it was complete.

These are latest Realtek drivers for W10.
6.0.8694.1 HDA

You download that ,cab file, un-archive it to a folder and manually update the driver from Device manager,
