Asus X470i PC Build will not post (Fans and Leds run)/ Red LED (CPU error showing up on MOBO)

My new PC build will not post but the fans and the leds will run. The MOBO displays a red CPU error and despite unistalling and reinstalling the cpu it still doesn't post.

Specs:
AMD Atlhon 200GE
RVZ03 Case
600B EVGA PSU
16GB Patriot Elite DDR4 Ram
Asus X470i - Gaming
