So a few nights ago I was transferring a large number of photos between my laptop and an external hard drive. I was copying files from the laptop to the hard drive to put them on another PC. Around 60% through the process the computer gave me a blue screen and instantly shut off. This PC is only 3 months old, and it's given me a few blue screens on occasion prior to this, but not many. But this time, the computer didn't restart on its own. For a couple minutes after it wouldn't even turn on, and after I did get it on, it just froze at the Asus logo screen. I was able to get past that screen a few times, but it would instantly give me another blue screen after that.
Basically now it's pretty much unable to do anything. When I start the Laptop up, it will either freeze during boot up or will give me the blue screen after. Sometimes the blue screens have a sort of pixelated error, like several small black lines of pixels across the screen. I've gotten into my desktop one time, immediately after I had plugged it in to a power source after the battery died, but was I met with a blue screen shortly after.
Sometimes it will try to go into automatic startup repair, but usually freezes before that. It occasionally lets me into the recovery screen. I've tried to boot into safe mode, got a blue screen. I tried a system restore, got a blue screen.
I still have files on the Laptop that were unable to be transferred to the external hard drive. These files are important to me, and I'd really rather not have to lose them. I don't know what's caused this to happen to this laptop, but I have tried so much and I'm not sure what else I can do before just going back to Best Buy, getting my refund, and purchasing another laptop.
All blue screen error stop codes I've received :
