Is there anyone can help me about my laptop because its too slow can't play games like Rules of Survival or League of Legends. I don't know whats wrong but its super slow and can't literally play any games at all. Also the Graphic Card that is in this laptop is R5 M420 2GB but it shows AMD RADEON HD 8500M. Here is the Screenshots of the specs of this laptop. If there's someone who can help me thank you

Your support page has a drop down for two variants/SKU's. If you're on the UP version then you have BIOS update pending to version 316. If you're on UPR, then there is no version 306 version available for download. I'm leaning towards you having the UP version meaning you're in need of a BIOS update from 306 to 308 to 316. FYI, manually update the BIOS, after you've connected the internet.
