Asus x555 motherboard change

I need to change the motherboard of my pc (Asus x555ua) but I found only overpriced pieces of the original model. Is it possible to substitute it with the motherboard of another x555 model, for example the x555lp? What characteristics should I control to be the same?

Even though they both have same size motherboard, the Asus x555ua supports Intel 6th generation CPUs, but the Asus x555LP supports Intel 4th & 5th generation CPUs. The heatink is different.
The motherboard is expensive because the CPU and RAM are soldered to the motherboard.
