I changed HDD to SSD according to the following steps:
1)Replace the HDD by SSD in my laptop.
2)Install Windows10 to my SSD by downloading it to usb flash drive, inserting to my laptop with SSD there, and installing windows.
3)connecting HDD to my laptop through SATA cable and transferring the needed files. Mostly, the files from the D drive.
4)Then there were some problems, probably my laptop got confused whether it should work with SSD or HDD. We somehow solved it.
5)Then I partitioned the SSD evenly to 2 disks (C and D)
6)Everything was going good for the first 1 hour. Laptop was working way faster than before.
7)However, when I turned it on next time, I could only see the Asus logo and "Please Wait" caption. Or sometimes it said "Diagnosing your PC".

Now, when I turn it on, it is just having that "Please Wait" message for several minutes, then I can see just black screen without the cursor, then it just restarts automatically and everything starts from the beginning and goes on and on, until the charge is gone.

I tried to do various things:
-Pressing Win+Ctrl+Shift+B
-Using various options from Troubleshooting Window
-SATA is set as AHCI, CSM is enabled, Secure boot is disabled.
-I can see my SSD name and ATAPI CDROM through "SATA Mode Selection" in BIOS
-However, for the booting options, there is only "Windows Boot Manager" and "UEFI". I cannot see my SSD there.
-When I try to add one more booting option, I can see Disks 1,2,4, and 5. I can find the C-partition of my new SSD in Disk#4, then I go to Windows/EFI/Boot and it says that there is no file available there.

Please, could you help me to resolve the issue?
Should I just try reinstalling the windows?

Thanks to everyone who read this and who answered the question. I tried to described it as detailed as possible.
