Asus X55C won't power on

My asus X55C won't power on when i press power button light blink only n turns off nothing happen no fan no cd drive will run.
and i also tried forremoving the battery and unplugging the AC adapter, then press the power button 10 times and on the 11th time hold it down for like 30 seconds. Now plug the AC adapter in to the laptop and an electrical outlet (leave the battery out for now) and try to power it on

Try reseating RAM and the hard drive, see if it works without the hard drive. Could be a dead motherboard.
