Question ASUS X570-E ROG Strix Gaming AMD vs GIGABYTE X570 AORUS Master - can't decide :(

Hey guys, I'm putting together a 3950x.
Im trying to choose between two boards... you guys have any suggestions on these. THANK YOU

1) ASUS X570-E ROG Strix Gaming AMD AM4 ATX Motherboard


2) GIGABYTE X570 AORUS Master

Edit: I'll also be using RAM (G.Skill Trident Z Neo Series RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3600 PC4-28800 CL16 Dual Channel Memory Kit F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC), RTX 3080, elgato PCI capture card. Samsung EVO m.2 SSD, and a 2.5" SSD for storage.
