Question Asus X570 ROG Crosshair VIII Hero Wi-Fi PCH Fan Cover

Where can I get a PCH Fan Cover for a ASUS X570 ROG Crosshair VIII Hero Wi-Fi? The motherboard I purchased recently did not have one, and I've been unsuccessful in trying to get one from ASUS Customer Support (the 2nd rep/agent I chatted with said the PCH Fan Cover doesn't come with this model (despite the box, operator's manual, youtube videos, and this website depicting one). Does anyone have any ideas how/where i can get one (other than returning the motherboard to amazon, and trying my chances on another one)?

i was trying to avoid that. i bought it as a gift; with a 4 year protection plan; and i'm worried that the recipient will have to return multiple motherboards (someone else had to return 3 of them, for the same problem).

but, it looks like that might be the only option.
