Asus x58 premium not posting/no video/ continous beep

I just put together my new build consiting of an i7-930 6gb corsair dominator ram 1600 mhz ddr, ATi radeon hd 5870 with an h50 cpu cooler.

Everytime i try to boot theres a continous loud beep and the memok! switch is red. The light goes away after a while but the beep does not and it wont post. Any help would be appreciated
