Dear All,
My friend bring me an asus x751s, the problem is when the laptop turns on its shows up the asus logo and I can reache the bios, after it leaves this boot sequence the screens turn off and its totally OFF like unpluged it, but HDMI is ok, i tried to boot from pendrive with simple freeDOS and got the same problem.
Checked the ribbon cable, memtest is ok, no idea what is the problem.
Over HDMI I can reach the system but in device manager under the Display there is no laptop monitor only the connected HDMI monitor.
And the battery totally dead....
Any idead? BIOS turns off the LCD ? / POWER adaptor / MAINBOARD
