Anybody interested in a X800Pro from Asus in quebec(TheROD??) hehe a friend of mine just received it its too expensive for me almost 700$can!!!

Freakin' way too expensive for us Canadians. That's just sad how high card prices have reached. Not even the geForce 3 on its release was this much, IIRC. Certainly not 700$, 'tis for sure.

Well its actually the first X800Pro I see in Quebec!
Also its an Asus card these are always expensive.
And its something like 625$+taxes something like 700$ I know I wouldnt buy one at that price. Anyhow it was more too pass the info around, didnt think anyone would be intersted.

Also you need some balls to mod and void your warranty on your spanking new 600+ toy! Props to speeduk =)
And the only reason id get a X800PRo is to mod it some!

HE HE HE!!! I know, I would like to have one in my PC, but I must admit that it would be too much for my Athlon XP 1800+ (oc to 2400+).

I seriously consider getting a 6800GT within a couple of months, with an Athlon 64! But, now, I sit back and enjoy the show!

Thanks for the info, but I would rather get a BBA for that price!

Heh agree with you I dont think I would buy a new Pc now.
Maybe Id get a GPu upgrade a new roomier case with beefier PSU. And probly and new HDD setup(2Xraptor 36gig + 250gig storage) but im gonna keep my CPU/Mobo/Mem for a few month...
