Question ASUS X870 Wifi/Bluetooth not working

Recently got this board and I cannot get the wifi to work. I dont have access to ethernet and ive done everything I can think of to get the wifi to work. In the device manager it says that there is an error with MediaTek Wi-Fi 7 MT7925 Wireless Lan Card (Code 37) and i tried reinstalling the drivers for that. There is also an issue with USB4(TM) Host Router (Code 31) If that might be the cause of any issues. Any input would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Where are you sourcing the drivers for your motherboard's wireless adapter? Just an FYI, Asus is the brand of the motherboard, which X870 is the chipset for said motherboard, what is the model of the motherboard you're working with?
