Asus X99-A Error Code 03 VGA Light On

Hello, so basically I just turned off my PC after using it for maybe 4 hours or so and I just tried booting it up however I get no post screen is completely black. The Code sits at 03 and the VGA light is on. The code goes from 70 to 79 to 03 and stays at 03

PC specs
- Intel Core i7-5820K Over Clocked 4.5GHz 6-Core Processor
- Corsair H110i GT 113.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
- Asus X99-A ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
- G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2800 Memory
- Samsung 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
- Western Digital BLACK SERIES 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Superclocked ACX 3.0 Video Card
- NZXT Phantom 530 (Black) ATX Full Tower Case
- EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

What I have tried.
-Tried switching in and out ram sticks only using one ram sticks in different slots.
-Tried different VGA Cable and reseated connections
-Tried different PCIE slot
-Tried putting in my brother 760 and got the same result
-Reset CMOS

I am not sure what is wrong with my PC this computer has given me so many problems for some reason. I have already RMA'd my Corsair H110i Twice and RMA'd my 980ti and got a 1070 as a replacement.

I guess you're down to the motherboard, power supply or cpu....
I would pull the board and try to resolve this out of the case. power supply first then maybe a borrowed cpu and finally a motherboard. It's going to be one of them and if it is out of the case already then life is simpler.

The power supply is fine I tested that however I have no way to borrow a mobo or cpu to test those

I have same problem, but two times! First my board been replaced by guarantee and works fine about 4 days. And again! same problem q code 03 for new one... WTF? :/

Yeah I sent my PC to ncix to get diagnosed because I don't have the parts to swap and test my mobo or cpu but the guy said that x99 mono's tend to go dead a lot mine worked for 2 years but I'm guessing it's dead now.

I have this error / problem can anybody help ? X99 Strix with 5930k that until now was idle all day long at around 50c degrees Thanks :/ new CPU ?

I got this fixed a while ago forgot about this thread sorry but. It ended up being my CPU that died.
