Hello, so basically I just turned off my PC after using it for maybe 4 hours or so and I just tried booting it up however I get no post screen is completely black. The Code sits at 03 and the VGA light is on. The code goes from 70 to 79 to 03 and stays at 03

- Asus X99-A ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
- G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2800 Memory
- Samsung 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
- Western Digital BLACK SERIES 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Superclocked ACX 3.0 Video Card
- NZXT Phantom 530 (Black) ATX Full Tower Case
- EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
What I have tried.
-Tried switching in and out ram sticks only using one ram sticks in different slots.
-Tried different VGA Cable and reseated connections
-Tried different PCIE slot
-Tried putting in my brother 760 and got the same result
-Reset CMOS
I am not sure what is wrong with my PC this computer has given me so many problems for some reason. I have already RMA'd my Corsair H110i Twice and RMA'd my 980ti and got a 1070 as a replacement.
