Happened to me as well.. it has to do with your local lan network. Is your computer pluged in with ethernet?

It could be you have wake on LAN enabled in bios, this allows a PC to be turned on by data received over the LAN (local network). You need to enter the bios and check. When you start your PC it should say something like "Press F2 (or maybe DEL) to enter bios". Then you need to find the motherboard options and see if it's enabled. If it is disable it.

I fixed this issue with my Asus X-99A so i know this is the issue

how can i find the right setting in BIOS because i'm new for this kind of BIOS. and thanks for your reply.

ok i will wait thanks very much.

Hey,

So lets start fixing your comp.

First, follow these steps either your local lan or your wireless just follow the instruction and uncheck allow this device to wake the computer http://www.howtogeek.com/170716/how-to-stop-network-activity-from-waking-your-windows-pc/

Second, Go to your bios. Restart your computer and press delete to get into bios.

Third, Once in bios. Goto advanced settings on bottom right corner. Once your in there press advance in the top tab.

Fourth, in advanced tab go to APM configuration. Make sure it is in this order. Disabled, Power off, Disabled, Disabled, disabled.

Firft, go back to advance tab and go too obboard device configuration. make sure under intel lan pxe option The "ON" button is black and "OFF" button is gray.

Final, Save and reboot your computer.

Once computer comes back on.. Shut Down and see if it will automatically come back on.. It should not automatically come back on.

I have done exactly what you say, but my pc it's still turn on by itself when i connect any source of power i will lose my mind man.
