Asus X99-A Won't Boot

Hello Guys i recently had this problem with the Asus x99-A Board where at first it would tell me that i have a Cpu fan error. I read online and followed the suggestions people made for fixing this problem. The Solutions were to change the cpu fan speed to ignore, I did that and i restarted the computer but now when i try to boot up it goes past the Asus screen into a white line that is loading something and than straight into the bios. The specs for my build will be down below.

Specs are :

i7-5820k
Asus x99-a
karken x61
16Gb Ram
Gtx 970

I have a SSD with windows on it. Two other drives for storage

Pull the mobo battery for a minute or two, then reinstall and try - if it boots will need to reset date and time. If no joy with that, bench it, wrote a guide that may help here:

You Need an installed CPU fan or you will get an error message. Maybe you put your CPU can in the CPU_optional Header instead.
