asus x99 deluxe 5-way optimization disabled

i tried trouble shooting with my friend who has the same board. I am trying to oc my cpu i have a i7-5820k , with the asus x99 deluxe/usb 3.1 and when I go into ai suite 3 the 5-way optimization button is greyed out and not clickable. I turned the TPU Switch from disabled to TPU_1 but it is still greyed out am i missing something to enable this?

that doesnt help because ive already watched the same video for when he went over with this on my board. the problem is cant even access the 5-way optimization menu the issue is i cant even get into it because its not selectable
