Question Asus x99-deluxe ii will not go into bios. Need to know what next to do.

I have never had a board not go into bios. Starting to think its broke. So I have a x99-deluxe ii asus and when u push del to try to get it to go to bios the screen stays blank and the pc just keeps restarting. Same happens if i try to load the bios from windows. I have tried the bios switch still nothing. Last time I was in the bios I had turned off the fast boot so that I could see it booting up but still blank screen. It used to show the asus logo and the overclock when starting.

What if unplugging the power cord and removing the CMOS battery for a minute?
