Question Asus X99 Deluxe U3.1 Motherboard won't Boot

Hello everyone I have a X99 Deluxe U3.1 motherboard build its been up for about 3 years now no problems..it was updating and rebooted and never came back ..q codes me 00..and the cpu red light is on..won't post or go past two 00 q code...I have cleared cmos..removed battery..nothing the power light comes on but no HD activity..so I'm troubleshooting it the graphic card GeForce 1080 the fans weren't turning but the lights were on it..but like the lights were breathing going dim and bright....so I'm here where the help is ...appreciate it ..thank you..been a builder going on 40 years...and would like to fix this ..but ready to tear it down as I got the parts to swap out til its fixed..hoping someone is familiar with this issue..

I had the latest Bios..but I flashed it again through the USB for flashing the bios ..got the button you hold down till it starts flashing and leave it alone until it's done..cleared cmos with button on motherboard board..and clr..rtc..remove battery for 30 min..and I'm getting the same 00...and not posting...it's been up for 3 years since build..but it took a bad up date..and on reboot here we are...
