Asus X99 deluxe wont turn on

Hello forum this is my first post.
before I wrote this post I have read and tried everything and I mean everything and nothing worked. I tested RAM, CPU, power supply , GPU every single part is in working condition.


specs:
Corsair 750W
i7 5820k
avexir ddr4 8GX4 ram
PNY gtx 580
win 10 64bit
crucial 512gb 2.5 SSD

Everything was working OK but suddenly my PC shut down I was not able to turn it on.

only Power and Reset button are lit (not responsive)

no Q CODE (it's off)

BIOS flashback not responsive (doesn't blink when I hold it for 3 seconds)


I'v noticed that 4th PCIE-E slut and surrounding are getting hot

I highlighted motherboard area on the photo that is getting hot

What are your specs? It could be the PSU.

Like I wrote I checked every single part on my friends x99 and everything works

I feel your pain !! I had the exact same thing happen to my Asus X99 Deluxe board about 1 mth ago
I have had my board running on the following since I purchased it a year ago with no issues.
Specs:
PSU: Seasonic 1250x
CPU: i7-5930K
RAM: Adata - XPG DDR4 2133
Samsung 256 SSD
Win 10 64 bit

I was not able to resolve my issue on my own.. I am now on my 3rd RMA with Asus Canada.. so if you are thinking of going that route.. BEST of luck. . I am seriously thinking of abandoning my efforts and looking for another Manufacturer.. Asus sure isn't what they used to be.
