Asus Xonar Phoebus solo with Razer Tiamat 7.1 lack of bass. But in stereo mode bass are fantastic.

I have this problem too. I have Asus Xonar Phoebus and bass I can hear only when I switch Tiamat to stereo mode. When I us onboard - Realtek soundchip, i can manage this with switch on bass enhancement. But this Xonar Phoebus software does not have such option. On ROG website I found that there should be "Flexbass" option but it is not. It looks that i need to get rid of this Asus Soundcard. Or is there some solution? Thank you.

1| Can you please pass on your full system' specs inclusive of your OS and audio equipment?
2| Have you made sure your audio drivers are up to date? You should uninstall your older drivers and reinstall using the latest version.
3| In the mean time make sure your BIOS is up to date.
4| Have you made sure your connection to the headset from the sound card are all in order?
