Question Asus Xonar U7 alternatives due led blinking issue

Hello,

I've a Asus Xonar U7 external DAC usb card, since approx 6 months has started to have the known issue with the Led blinking... (I bought it on 2014 so no chance replacement or something).
For my main usage the main advantage is the possibility to have Speakers (Audioengine A2+ by RCA) and headphones + microphone (by the front mini jack) just pressing a button.

I've tried to search similar product but only saw a old model from Creative.
Does anyone know some similar product? or maybe advice me how to set up in a way that I don't need to unplug headphones from the back of the tower and still keep high quality audio?

You could invest on the same product but the MK II version if you've been on the first iteration.

I think on this ofc, however... slightly afraid same issue will happen after some time
Also maybe there are some better alternatives or "setup" using internal sound card maybe...
