does the m2 drive show up in bios as boot-able drive?? if it does you may have to do an f6 customer driver install and install raid chipset drivers for the drive to show up.
look at the mb guild make sure m2 and ssd ports are not sharing. if they do share make sure nothing plugged into the sata port. on the m2 port you have to turn on raid on your sata ports for it to be seen.
