Asus Z170-A vs Asus Z170 Pro Gaming

hey guys, thanks a ton for the advices...

I have my Skylake i5 6600K, and Corsair DDR4 3000 (2 * 4GB) RAM...
A bit confused between 2 motherboards... Asus Z170-A and Asus Z170 Pro Gaming, only difference I can spot is the Audio codec one which I am not sure which one would be better. Any pointers will really help... I am planning to order one today itself

Any pointers on CPU cooler, I only know of CM Hyper 212 Evo, is that good?

I love the A mobos, but would lean to the Pro Gaming myself, the 212 EVO is very good on the 6600K, took mine up through 4.6, have been working with a H7 at the moment and not quite as good.

Corsair DDR4 3000 (2 * 4GB) RAM
MSI GTX970 4G GAMING
Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced Chasis (Cabinet)
Corsair TX 750W PSU
Dell E228WFP 22 inch Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor (max resolution 1680 * 1050)

I will try to assemble today with my Cooler Master N620 CPU Heatsink with 2*120 mm blue LED fan 775 socket CPU cooler, not sure if the same will fit or not. If not, will have to buy a new cooler...
