Question Asus Z170-AR MemOk dram red light after moving

I have a computer I had moved to my new apartment, after moving it the dram red light showed and the computer didn't post, no display, no anything.

I pressed the MemOK button and it started blinking but no other result.

I also tried switching the ram slots between the two, I could try more if I should.

The only other thing I would like to note is that there was a spark when I plugged the power supply to the computer for the first time, not sure if that's related.

Any help is greatly appreciated, kinda stuck here :/

i'd go through it and check all connections and see if anything was worked loose in the move. what do you mean spark? like internally or at the point of contact with the power cable and the PSU?
