Hi,
I am building a new rig. And for motherboard side, i have 2 options. One is Asus Z170 Deluxe and second is MSI Z170 XPower titanium.
Both are available at the same price.
Deluxe is a feature rich like onboard wifi, dual lan etc, where as XPower just got stunning looks.
Yes, some may not prefer onboard wifi. But for me this is a deal breaker, as Asus's wifi-go app is a nice thing to remote handling of the system with Android phone.
Let me know your thoughts.

I've used both boards and personally i really really like the MSI's z170. It looks much freakin better (imo) and it has alot of space between the x16s if you ever want to go MultiGPU and for me, i always get a dedicated PCI network card, imo, they work much better than the onboard wifi cards. But that's just my two cents.

Yes, you got it right. This MSI is freaking awesome. But main focus in not only on on-board wifi but the exclusive Asus Apps which works with this facility. And adding one more hardware is like adding more cost as both the cards are available at the same price.

Yes, but it's also about future compatibility. Although, in MSI and ASUS, all these apps are mostly for show, quite sure you won't even use 25% of them. But, the main difference here is the on board wifi, if you need it, the deluxe is not at all a bad option, otherwise, i'd support MSI here.
