ASUS Z170, display artifact before boot

Having a strange issue where prior to the ASUS bios screen appears ( press del or f2 to enter bios) I get a picture where the lowerhalf of the screen bugs out, I am not using a GPU, I did not have this issue when I was using a gtx 1080(msi) , however since removing the gpu, I reset the PC, and ever since I have been having this issue, have done tests on memtest and memtest89+ incase it was the ram, however I am leaning towards the motherboard? however I can boot into windows no problem, its just a graphical issue that I would like to know the cause, I have attached a picture I took, which does not do it justice, http://imgur.com/h3iHLsz I will try to get a better picture.

try reflashing the bios with the newest bios file see if it a bios bug.

man.. I wish I thought about that, totally corrected my issue, well.. at least my RAM RMA will include my orginal ordered 2666 DDR4 sticks than these 2400 sticks hehe.. thanks Smorisizo, your my savoir, add me on steam if your a gamer cr33p
