Asus Z170 M.2 interface problem

Hi,
I own Asus Z170-Pro motherboard with newest bios 1702, this board support on M.2 interface 32Gbps transfer.
So I have installed Samsung 950 Pro M.2 NVM in this socket, in BIOS M.2 and SATA EXPRESS setting are set as SATA EXPRESS.
I have installed NVM driver from samsung, but after that my drive works only in 10Gbps mode not in 32Gbps.


Somehing is wrong with my setup?
