I have Asus Z170 pro gaming motherboard running Intel Core i7. Currently having Seagate SSHD 1 TB SATA. I am thinking of adding Intel 660p Series SSDPEKNW512G8X1 512GB M.2 80mm PCI-Express 3.0 x4 Solid State Drive (QLC) as primary. Is it supported? As per Asus site, PCIe x4 mode (Gen 3.0) is supported. So I am guessing it will work.

Should I be worried about it being a QLC NAND, and not TLC? Will a Samsung MLC 256GB would be better than this 512GB QLC for Windows 10 pro boot and moderate gaming/video encoding?
