Edit: Oh I see what you mean. That could just be a protective cover for the sensor so you don't plug something into it by accident.
When I remove the thing or "cap" it has some metal things in it and the T_Sensor reading will be N/A but when I put it back on it will show 127 degree celcius. I can ignore this right?
Sounds like the protective cap is causing the sensor to give a false reading. I would leave the cap off so it says N/A instead of having a scary 127 degree reading trying to catch me out.
Where are you reading this figure? In the BIOS or through software in your OS?
I'm trying to upload a screenshot but failed to do so. I'm reading it through the Asus AI Suite 3 as well as the BIOS. How can I upload image on this forum?
