Will an Asus z170 Sabertooth be able to take a G.Skill TridentZ 3200hz

I read on the support list that it can take G.SKILL F4-3466C16D-8GTZ which runs at 3446hz but im really unsure because this is my first build anyone willing to help?

Yes and there are a few different models of the Trident Z in 3200 they just released some with a 14CL as well as some 16GB sticks 😉 got a pair of those due tomorrow
