Asus z170A. Sata ports. Please assist lol

Hey everyone do i basically just got all my parts and am completely new to building so heres my problem.

I read the manual about the differences in the sata ports and cant really distinguish ehich ports i dhould use for my Hardrive, Ssd, and disk reader. Theres also a port that says OS Drive, but i am still completely unsure. Can anyone assist me because im mad confused now haha thanks

In theory it does not matter which SATA ports you use.
As long you know which sata port are connected to what device.

Plug your SSD into the top port that says OS port.
Plug your Disc reader into one of the ports to the left of that.
Install the OS.
Plug your other hard drive in the port under where your OS SSD is plugged in.
Format it and assign it a drive letter and your through.
