ASUS Z270-K M.2_2 not working

hi guys,

i bought z270-K and i wanted to run 6 GPU but my 2nd M.2_2 doesn't detect anything.
can anyone pls tell me how can i fix that?

tks for the reply. i wanted to run total 6 GPU using 2 m.2 ports but seems like one of the m.2 card is not working i will replace and check it out.
