If you don't mind is one the fan header's to the heat sink and where are the others having a little trouble figering out which one to use for 4 fans on the case

the one labeled CPU_FAN (near the ram) would be better used for CPU, the rest can be used for any other fans.

The 2nd header by CPU header is a CPU optional header and I thank the 2 below strix logo is h amp fan and aio pump are those is the aio pump and CPU opt header safe to use for fans if those only 2 left for the 4th fan?

well, the pump header can provide a bit more current. in the past the differences were much larger.
And the CPU fan header has additional alarm ...
