Asus z270e motherboard will not turn on

Asus Strix Z270E motherboard will not turn on. This is new build with I7 -7700k, 32gb TridentZ RGB memory, Corsair H100i V2, Samsung 960 evo SSD, and EVGA 750G2 PSU in a Phanteks Luxe case. I plan on using onboard video for now via DVI-D. When I turn on the power supply I get the RGB lights on the mobo and onboard Power LED is green. But when I press the power button, nothing. No FANS, No power LED on case. No other onboard LEDs. No change whatsoever. I've checked/reseated all connections, removed everything except CPU_FAN powering the Pump, Power Switch and SSD. I've remove RAM and moved one module around as mentioned in some of the other posts here. Nothing. Fan on PSU doesn't even spin so I used the supplied test block (nice of EVGA to include this!) and PS fan spins as expected. Even substituted the RESET switch in the PowerSW position to make sure I didn't have a bad SW. Any ideas?

Check socket pins.

Did you get a solution to this problem? I am having the same issue. If you figured it out, please let me know. I have the same mobo.
