ASUS Z270E WiFi & Bluetooth not working

The WiFi and Bluetooth on my ASUS ROG Strix Z270E Motherboard do not appear to be working correctly. I've checked in the BIOS and both WiFi and Bluetooth are set to Enabled. I've checked device manager and 'Network Connections' and the only things that seems to show up is my Ethernet connection. I also have the drivers for both installed.
Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, I have the antenna connected to the ports on the back. I've also tried disconnecting and plugging it back in again, but that doesn't seem to do much.

Do you see Bluetooth listed anywhere in Device Manager?

Under Network adapters, I have 'Intel (R) Ethernet Connection' and a bunch of 'WAN Miniport's
