Question Asus Z270E won't boot

Hey guys so i just bought a new AIO and installed it but after replacing my old one my pc will no longer power on.

The motherboard lights up with RGB and also the orange light in the upper right corner lights up.

I have tried to reseat my ram and cpu, I've also tried booting with 1 ram stick as well but no luck, nothing happens when i push the power button.

Any help is appreciated!

Make and model of the AIO? Might want to do a single anticlockwise turn for each screw mounting the AIO onto the CPU socket. Are you sure that all connections to the motherboard are made and secure? Also, which slot is your stick(s) of ram populating on the motherboard?

Did you try reseating the CMOS battery after 30 minutes, while the system is disconnected from the wall?

My new AIO is a Corsair h150i elite Capellix

I have tried to fill all ram slots, and 1 (A1)

I have tried reseating all cables multiple times and everything is on right.

I haven't tried removing the cmos battery yet

I just got a new AIO pump today that i installed. My pc worked perfectly fine before that but it was noisy as <Mod Edit>.

After i installed the new AIO pump i cannot turn on my pc, my motherboard lights up but nothing else seems to want to happen.

My specs
I7-7700k
Mobo Asus Strix z270e gaming
4x8 ddr 4 ram Corsair vengeance
Psu Corsair i850
My brand new AIO Corsair h150i elite Capellix
Gpu gtx 1080ti Asus Strix

I have tried reseating all cables and modules in my pc
I have tried multiple ram combinations
I have tried to clear cmos

Nothing works and i have no idea as to why because everything worked fine before i put in my new AIO

And again i just cannot turn on my pc

I appreciate any and all help
