ASUS Z270E Yellow DRAM LED Error; No Boot

I recently finished building a PC, yet when I attempt to boot, there's no display, I can't access BIOS, and the yellow DRAM LED glows (the red CPU LED flashes once beforehand but shuts off immediately after).

I've ensured that my memory (Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400 2x8GB #CMK16GX4M2A2400C16) is compatible with both my CPU (Intel i7 7700, supports up to 2400 MHz) and my motherboard, as I ordered it from my motherboard's qualified vendor list.

I have ensured that my memory is firmly installed, and have tried a variety of slot combinations, both with a single stick and multiple.

I've tried connecting my monitor to my video card and to the motherboard's onboard I/O interface with the video card removed, with both DVI and HDMI.

No components appear to be damaged, I am considering hiring a technician for assistance but decided to inquire here first.

Parts list is:

Intel i7 7700 LGA1511
MSi Core Frozr L
ASUS ROG Strix Z270E Gaming
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400 2x8GB (#CMK16GX4M2A2400C16)
ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1070 (ot currently installed)
Corsair CX750 Power Supply

Any help is appreciated, thanks

Moving the video card don't even mater just remove it all together and use the motherboard graphics.
This is IF you have all the power cables connected right.
Clear CMOS, Try 1 stick of memory in each slot on the board, remove that stick and try the other stick in each slot on the board, Remove the CPU and look for bent pins in the CPU socket, if not bent pins are found RMA the motherboard.

1. Yes, I removed the CMOS battery with the power supply turned off and reinstalled it five minutes later.
2. Yes, everything is connected.
3. Not yet, I'll be sure to try.
4. Not yet, would this solve an error relating to the yellow DRAM error LED?

Booting with the video card in the 2nd x16 slot is something quick and easy to try. Start with the easiest, then move to the more complicated like taking the motherboard out of the case.

Provided your monitor is not the problem, if you assume the Q-LED's are always 100% accurate, either both sticks of RAM are defective (unlikely) or your motherboard is not working properly. Contact Asus Technical Support and if they can't find a solution for your problem they will offer to RMA the motherboard.
