Asus z270e yellow led first run

Hi all,
Today I built my pc when I press the power button for first time all looks to work well the fans from radiator and the chassis worked the lights from kraken and the motherboard but no display and a yellow led on the m/b.
My system is
Asus strix z270e
I7 7700k
Nzxt kraken x62
G skill tridentz 3200 2x8
Evga 750g2
Msi gtx 1080 gaming x
Pls need some advice what can I do to fix it?

Hi, Try testing with graphics card removed and single RAM module installed. Test each RAM slot.

I had the ram slots not installed correctly. Check how you install ram in manual
