is sound blaster z an improvement from my onboard sound card or i need to buy something more expensive for music and gaming or my onboard sound card is ok?

Onboard should be pretty good.
Unless you are using some high end headphones with high Ohm ratings.

ok.i have 30euro 12 years old creative speakers so if i buy new speakers with 50-60 euro and without buying a sound card i will see any improvement?and if it worth to spend 50-60 euro for speakers what you think is the better choice i have?Thank you.

If your speakers have amp and pre amp then onboard should not matter.
My friend has 15 year old technics speakers with dedicated AMP (Hi-Fi) which are quite good for music production.

my speakers are creative A300 2.1 and because my english arent very good tell me please if is good or if i need new

For recommending a new speaker set I really do not know since Im most DIY guy.

But as far as I can see its pretty on pair with really old logitech S12 2.1 which is good.
