I changed my stock cpu fan to a mugen 5 and when trying to boot up, it no longer detects my m.2 drive.

I can only see my SATA HDD but that does not have windows installed on it. Is there anything I could have broken when changing the fan? Don't think so (for the m.2 slot anyway since it is behind the shield)

How can I diagnose this? It goes straight to the BIOS utility menu when i turn it on.

I am using:

Z370-a
Samsung 970 PRO M.2 512gb
Toshiba 3tb HDD
i7-8700

I had this setup for over 1 year, and it just stopped detecting the drive after I changed the cpu cooler
