Asus Z370-F Motherboard RGB Issue

Hi,

I recently built my PC a while ago, and I still haven't gotten this RGB Issue fixed. The RGB on my Z370-F motherboard just isn't turning on.

I also downloaded Asus Aura and the motherboard option isn't there too, tried many videos on YouTube, look around the web, tried rebuilding it and putting the connectors in again, but still nothing.

I tried and look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKVWP0_vfko to see if I can get it to turn on, but I notice that when he got to the RGB LED Lightning part at 0:42, my RGB LED lighting is greyed out in my bios.

Update your Bios to Version Version 0809 available here: https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z370-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/

Clear CMOS prior to update and reinstall latest version of AURA.
Aura Sync Utility Download available here: https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/download.html

Next.
Unzip and open the file you download then double click on “Setup”.
If you have already installed a previous version of Aura, double-clicking "Setup" will first uninstall that previous version. Double-click "Setup" again to install the new version of Aura software.
