Question asus z390-f...usb always on

Hiya folks

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to turn off the power to the USB's when the machine is turned off please.
I have a Razer chroma keyboard that is on constantly at the moment and for obvious reasons I would like to turn it off when the machine turns off.
I have tried Asus support but they seem to believe that my PC has a battery like a laptop.

Should be USB settings in your power options menu.

The only thing in power options menu to do with USB is, USB selective suspend settings, which is enabled.

Tbh I am not sure whether it should be enabled or not
